Meat and Dairy Facts has launched a new video series showcasing the high standards in place on Quality Assured Irish farms that contribute to Ireland being a world leader in sustainable beef, lamb and dairy production.

This new three-part video series is hosted by chef, food writer and Mum, Lilly Higgins. Join her on her journey to find out more about Ireland’s meat and dairy industry. Along the way she meets the passionate farmers and producers that power the industry, and learns more about the role meat and dairy plays in her family’s health.

At the end of each episode, Lilly will share an easy to follow recipe that uses fresh meat and dairy products. These recipes will be featured on our website in the coming days, so stay tuned.

In this episode, she visits the farmers and innovators who are taking major steps to make the industry more sustainable.
